Snap a photo and get a daily Gut Score out of 100, plus the foods, stress and sleep patterns actually behind your bad days.

Poopier compares your logs on days with and without each suspect, and only names one once the pattern holds up across at least fourteen days. Fewer, better verdicts beat a wall of correlations.
Bristol distribution, frequency, symptom timeline, suspected triggers. The thing you wish you had the last time a doctor asked how long it had been going on.
So we built Poopier so you don't have to. The model runs on your phone, your logs live in your phone's encrypted store, and there is no server holding your history, because there is no server.
The whole onboarding, recorded on a real iPhone. No cuts, no account, no paywall before you have logged something.

I am a software engineer who sat in a chair for ten hours a day and ignored my gut until it stopped letting me.
When it finally mattered, I had no data at all. Poopier is the app I wanted in that waiting room, and I am building it in the open, decisions and mistakes included.
14 days to your first trigger verdict. A suspect is named only after it appears in at least 14 days of logs with enough days both with and without it to compare. Log less often and it takes longer.
0 bytes leave the phone. Photo analysis and score calculation run in the app on your device; logs are written to the OS encrypted store. Optional encrypted backup and anonymous community features are the only features that ever transmit, and both are off until you turn them on.
30 seconds from install to first log. Measured across the onboarding flow at a normal reading pace, ending at the first saved entry. No account or email is required to reach it.
Gut Score. A daily 0–100 figure derived from your own logged regularity, form, comfort and hydration. It is a summary of what you recorded, not a clinical measure, and it is not comparable between people. Poopier is not a medical device and does not diagnose.
